To get the permit for buying real estate in Poland, one is required to declare an application, the copy of the external passport, the extract from the cadastre, the copy of the sale contract with the price mentioned and wait for 2 months for the decision to be carried out. Your application can be rejected in case the former owner of the flat or house denies the fact of the deal. The service cost is about 300$. Without getting a permit one can buy cottages and villas only. Lands can be bought only by registered in Poland legal bodies.
