Decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties to the dispute. The place of arbitration shall be only at Kozhikode, Kerala, India. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall govern the arbitration proceedings. The Courts in Kozhikode District of Kerala alone shall have territorial jurisdiction over the arbitration proceedings.
