CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

At Findhome.com Realty Division we display an extensive portfolio of our real estate ad placement work for you, so, you can check it out before hiring us. By the way of checking you are able to understand the quality of work we are going to offer and most of the above, we first clear all your doubts and take confirmation to precede the work. If you have any question about our services, work or anything else, you are free to visit our website or digitally register your query or call us on our phone number before making payment. We are here to answer all your questions and once you get satisfied, you can take your next step to payment but make sure to contact us prior to making a payment for customized ad placements on your property.

We are willing to work with you and after getting confirmation from your side; we immediately take action on it and send your work in progress. Therefore, if you take your steps back after confirmation, so the amount you have paid is non-refundable. Our goal is to provide high-quality and professional services to all of our clients. We accept payment by all the standard modes set by the Reserve Bank of India. We interact with our clients and do our best to solve all their queries and start work after their approval, therefore; there is no provision for any kind of refund. We clearly mentioned that the paid amount is non-refundable in any circumstance.

By hiring our services you are bound by this agreement and you agree to abide by our policies. Findhome.com Realty Division reserves the right to disable or terminate user contract if a user is found in violation of our policy and on account of this termination, amounts paid will not be refundable.

Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund and cancellation policy appended below this section prior to making a payment. Should you have other questions about our policies, feel free to call us.

1. The user may be free to cancel his/her free listing anytime. The user may also be permitted to cancel a paid listing any time. In such cases, Refund or Reimbursement will not be provided for cancellation of a paid listing, once the listing is published. However, if a cancellation request is received for a booking of a paid listing before the listing is published, a pro rata percentage of cost may be refundable subject to overhead conditions after this is appropriated towards processing fee charges of the listing.

2. If there has been an error in the listing on account of any error at our end and consequentially the listing is cancelled, 100% refund will be provided to the customer within Thirty (30) days. The refund amount will not exceed the total amount paid including taxes.

3. The cancellation will be effective after due confirmation from our side and a notification to this effect will be sent to you.

4. If for 9 months we don’t see any activity/action for an account, it will be considered as Inactive and account will be kept in suspension. A customer would have another 3 months to activate listings/filters etc. If no activity for 12 months, these credits will be terminated/forfeited on account of Inactivity for 12 months and the customer cannot claim credits post this period.

5. No refund/cancellation would be permitted after the advertising campaign has begun or the payment is received, whichever is earlier. If an advertising campaign is cancelled by us due to our internal policies, you would be entitled to a refund on a pro-rata basis (after deducting the amount for the deliverables already served).

6. Notwithstanding this policy, any specific terms and conditions mentioned on individual product & service page, and/or as agreed with a user before/during/after the transaction, will override the terms and conditions mentioned here in case of a conflict.

7. We may make changes to our products & services, and associated terms & conditions (including terms and conditions on refund and cancellation), from time to time. You are advised to refer to our latest terms and conditions on this page and associated product/service specific terms and conditions page before making an ad booking.
